She is the only woman or man to be awarded a gold medal in both Olympics. The 2015 World Cup she earned the US team gold. She was a member of the US on three FIFA Women's World Cups. Still, she is commended for her magnificent three-goal hat trick during a championship game. She has played over 300 games for US national team US national team, scoring over 90 goals. James Galanis, the head coach of the US national team believes that Carli is a great midfielder. She's focused and commits herself to her game.
