The singer gained international recognition for being cast in the Mexican television show Rebelde in the role of Mia Colucci and for her performance as a pop-singer with the Latin Grammy Award-winning group RBD. Anahi has sold more than 3 million albums as a solo artist. The career of Anahi began in the year 1985, when she was barely two years old appearing on the Mexican television show titled Chiquilladas. Anahi, born Marichelo Portilla on May 14th 1983, is the child of Enrique Puente (Spanish father) and Marichelo Puente (Mexican mother). There is a sister named TV personality Marichelo Puente born 1978 and a half-sister older than her Diana Puente who is from her father's marriage to his former wife. The company does not wish to classify either Lio as a Galo or Galo. But in the panel it revealed that both were classified as young entry-level business people, which puts them between their 20s and 30s.
