Angela Sun

Angela Sun is a journalist sportscaster, documentary filmmaker and television host. Angela Sun was born on October 19, 1979, located in Santa Clara County California. She is an award-winning journalist and sportscaster as well as an actress. She earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Communications at the University of California. Sun has excellent surfing abilities. She was a participant in numerous professional-am surfing competitions, which led to sponsorship deals with brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. Her recognition of these surfing events was like a rocket that fueled her entry into the entertainment industry. Later, she went to become an actress sportscaster investigative journalist and film director. Sun has been a reporter on several news networks, mostly as anchor. She was a reporter in 2003 as a correspondent on Fox Sports Net. In 2012, she hosted American Ninja Warrior with Matt Iseman as well as Jonny Moseley. Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute from between 2014 and 2015. She is the first Asian-American presenter to air on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports as well as Tennis Channel. Sun's acting skills have earned her the attention of her peers. Sun has acted in movies like Goliath (2016 (Hit the Floor from 2014 to 2016), A Perfect Getaway (2009), Street Kings (2008), Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004, and Shackled. Sun was the one who penned and produced film Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch about ocean plastic pollution and its effects on the environment in 2014, released the full-length feature film.
